The TWIN packs gives you 2 x 2 metre long agility ladders that can be connected together using the heavy duty push button clips. The reason this is ideal for anyone serious about developing SAQ is you can perform a number of exercises with this TWIN Pack. You can use this pack in many drills by splitting them up or having as one complete run of 4 metres. Also included is a set of Grass spikes for each ladder so you can fix both 2 metre ladders to the grass.
