Our Premier League program appears to be the perfect match for your child. Each session will be centred around the NSW fundamental ABCs (Agility, Balance & Coordination ) as well as teaching the basic rules of football through a variety of fun games and exercises.
Take your child's game to the next level! Every session will be based on technique & Skill development. Get your child ready for starting at their outdoor football games and the advanced skills class. All classes are taught by professional coaches.
This program is targeted at footballers looking to improve their individual performance no matter what level or field position they currently fulfill.
Most players enjoy Team training one or twice a week for around 1 – 2 hours. This is run by a Coach that focuses on Team/Squad training with limited time for individual skill improvement. Regularly team strategy, moves and tactics are given priority given this group setting hence there is a danger individual ball skills can get neglected. Coaches have to prioritise, to decide how much focus and attention they can commit to improving each individual’s skill set.
We do not care what Grade, Standard or Position you play! Just because you have been chosen to play a defensive role doesn’t mean you should be any less skilled than the Striker who scores most of the Goals. You just have a different skill set and a different roll to play. You need to recognise you strengths and weaknesses and work to improve them and gain new skills. Yes, it is a Team Game, but if all the members improve their individual performance, the team as a whole emerges a winner at the end of the day.
Our skills classes have been specially to help you improve your ‘ball mastery’ and will teach you tricks and skills such as how to execute a Kryuff Cut, Maradona Spin, Ronaldo Chop etc just like the professionals.
By breaking down and demonstrating each component of a skill then introducing fun activities involving repetitive execution, players improve not only their performance, but build both self esteem and confidence at the same time. This is key to player enjoyment and your game can go to a new level building confidence creativity and flair.
Enjoy learning new skills and playing small sided games with these classes. Each session is centered around learning tricks & skills followed by a half hour game. Children are placed in a team for the term to compete in a mini round-robin competition.
You’ll be amazed at how much your child can learn in a program that’s designed to focus on improving them individually, not just as part of a group.
Our classes focus on teaching and improving your child’s set of tricks & skills. This is all put into practice with games so your child learns to read the game and when to utilise their new tricks & skills.
We have found that many children in our programs learn new social skills in addition to enjoying their new football skills. Football is an important social game in the playground, and many parents tell us their children begin to form new friendships alongside being first picked for a team after joining our classes.
The skills your child will learn will be impressive to both their friends & teachers at school!
Small sided games play a big part in training for football. Small sided games are fundamental to preparing the skills we have taught to our players for games.
The Football Factory’s Development Squad is an exclusive training regime focusing on an individual’s skillset. The Development Squad has been carefully designed from the ground up to ensure maximum player performance. Focusing on all areas of play the development squad leaves no stone unturned. The training environment has been crafted to advance and build confidence and to enable a player to be the best they can be.
Some individuals excel further or faster than others where they appear ready to progress to the next level hence we introduced the Development Squad programs designed to challenge the talented player. Over the course of our Skills Classes our coaching staff are asked to identify and nominate candidates within our current coaching programs and camps who appear suitable, ready and capable of progressing to a higher level. As with our Skills Classes the focus is on building confidence through the acquisition of stronger technique, skills, ball mastery and feeling comfortable with the ball at their feet.
This program will be run by our professional qualified and engaging coaching staff who understand the importance of self esteem and enjoyment as key elements to player performance.
Do you want to challenge yourself against some of the strongest teams and players from all over Sydney?
If you’re up for the challenge, look no further than The Football Factory Academy.
Our Academy gives players a platform to challenge themselves against quality opposition. If you are a current or previous Development Squad member we suggest the Academy as the next step in advancing your football development.>
The football goalkeeper is one of the most important players on the field – they are the last line of defence and the first line of attack. To play the position well requires special skills and training.
Here at The Football Factory we believe in giving special attention to the often-neglected position of the goalie. All training will be held by professional, highly qualified, engaging staff and will focus on areas such as…
On match-day a Goalkeeper’s warm-up may consist of just picking the ball out of the net whilst the coach focuses on the rest of the team. At The Football Factory we have the time, the energy and the experience to develop goalkeepers of all ages and levels to reach their full potential.
A great alternative to the Academy is our Development Squad program. The Development Squad is an exclusive training regime focusing on an individual’s skillset. The Development Squad will help your child improve throughout the term. To learn more about the Development Squad click here.
