The ALPHA Gear Evasion Agility Belt is an amazing tool for any player or coach wanting to develop shadow training. Defender v Striker training, Sprint Training, Quickness of Feet, Defender Response Times and lots more. ALPHA Gear Evasion belt is 2m long with 2 x heavy duty belts. The 2 meter section is interlocked with Velcro. Aim of all drills for the attacking player to snap the Velcro connection and the defenders job to stay close enough at all times to keep the belts connected.
