Online Invitations and Waivers
After you’ve booked in your party with us you can send online invitations that include an online waiver for your booking at Major PlanIt. We recommend this instead of paper invitations.
If you’d prefer a printable invitation please enter your party details below:
Simply:
- Choose your party invite design
- Scroll down and fill out the form
- Click create my party invite at the bottom of the page
Please ensure you either provide the Major PlanIt waiver link to parents/guardians or print out appropriate waiver forms to be signed by parents/guardians for children or adults playing. Click here to download waivers.
