For our Classes and Holiday Clinic programs you can complete a waiver online if you have already registered.
This waiver must be signed prior to playing. Waivers must be completed before entering the field.
If you encounter any issues with completing a waiver online, or have not yet finished your registration, please download & complete the relevant waiver below.
Party/event organisers: We recommend that party/event organisers manage their invitations (including waivers) on Major PlanIt.
